Scholarships Opportunities
Nowadays, we live in a fast-paced, ever-changing world where technology is constantly changing and evolving. Many jobs are opening now, and skills are a more critical part of life that didn’t exist before, let alone have a name, a decade ago. Careers are continually being developed that need skills and training. The Canada Ontario Job Grant is one of those rare win-win programs, meaning when one part of a system benefits, all aspects help.

Opportunity for your better career
Businesses on a small or medium, and large scale with particular skills demand to qualify, provide you plan to deliver short-term training programs to existing and new employees. Businesses can be for-profit, nonprofit, or Indigenous groups if you’re licensed in Ontario and employ those workers to be trained. Moreover, the program gives priority to businesses that hire those who were previously unemployed.
So COJG provides funding fees so businesses and colleges can hire and give training to workers so their companies can grow and thrive in the future. Moreover, workers benefit from newly acquired skills, training, and experience. And when companies are succeeding, and people are working, Ontario and Canada also thrive.
Funding Program from government
The Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) is an Ontario government funding program that offers training grants to employers. It also offers non-repayable grants to help employers provide high-quality employee training programs. It offsets training vendor costs to help employers hire top trainers and lead to lasting organizational improvements.
If you apply for a training program at NetPLUS College and want to enroll in an IT course, you can get the COJG funds. Through this program, you may receive non-repayable funding from the government including training for in-demand skill sets. These IT training programs are designed to improve employees’ employability, and value; including new hires in these training sessions can also maximize the funding potential.
